Drawing explanations. Mechanics are often uncertain of assembly processes or Engineering Standards and need assistance in interpreting working drawings.
Interaction with external customers during a visit. External customers vary from Sales Representatives, Engineers, and Owners of the product. Interaction consists of explanation of test procedures and construction of the unit
Working as shop support, one must have some knowledge in every process taken from beginning to end.
