Training and Development, Developed training checklist for each machine in the Flexo area. Created 60 AWI (Associate Work Instructions) for the Flexo area. Working cross training program in place. Three associates on cross training program promoted to the next level, two of the three associates promoted within 6 months of hire.

Divisional Sr. Manager Compliance, Safety and Asset Protection, Fashion, Great Lakes, Imports and Central Plains Division. (2009 to 2019), Promoted to lead Compliance, Safety and Asset Protection in nine, facilities, managing between 8 to 10 direct reports and organization of over 7200 associates.

Key Accomplishments:

Safety Performance, Reduced OSHA incident rate by 31% in Great Lakes and Central Plains by 28%. In Central Plains, with strong focus on Lost Time injuries, the team had a decrease in accident cost from $2.8 million to $1.3 million.

AP Coordinator for Jewelry and Shoe Division, (2004 to 2005), Promoted to drive shrink programs for over 3000 Walmart Supercenters across the network.

Jewelry Shrink Guide, Working with Jewelry Operations, we created the Jewelry Shrink Guide used during the Jewelry transition to Division 01.

Developed Jewelry Burglary Protocol, this program identified Walmart Stores proactive measures, management and associates responsibilities in case of a Jewelry Burglary. The following year Jewelry break ins decreased by 75%.

Diamond and Gold Audit, Responsible for removing Diamond Gold Audit from a paper report to a need to count process in the system.

District Manager Jewelry and Shoes Operation, (1998 to 2004), Responsible for District with 8 Jewelry and Shoe Department. Driving sales, developing promotional plans, increasing profit, inventory control, P and L, staffing, scheduling, training, and development.

Key Accomplishment: In just three years the Augusta Ga Jewelry/Shoe District reported the lowest shrink % and the highest sales in the Region 13. Awarded Jewelry and Shoe District Manager of the Year.
