Purchasing/Logistics Manager
The Broaster Company – Beloit, Wisconsin - 2018 – 2023 Full responsibility for purchasing/supply chain of $26M annually, with direct planning and forecasting of raw materials, supplier agreements, and management of supply base domestically and internationally. Full responsibility for company Logistics function of nearly $4M annually with negotiation and administration of all inbound and outbound freight operations including international, UPS, and FEDEX agreements.
• Developed processes, operational planning, for entire supply chain consisting of supplier quality qualification and management.
• Developed and maintained costing for all purchase components, and contracted commodities such as steel, electronics, and products such as flour and oil used in making finished products.
