-Overseeing the operations of 4 waste, compost and recycling facilities

-Developing financial budgets, invoicing and bids for future business

-Managing the daily operations of several facilities and a large fleet of trucks and equipment

-Overseeing the development and modification of processing equipment and

operating procedures

-Developing plans and schedules for maintenance and repairs of mobile fleet, tools and stationary
