Assists families by providing child care when needed, giving family members a break from caregiving duties. Organizes daily activities by setting priorities for personal support tasks and other responsibilities, following guidance from the Personal Support Program Manager or supervisor. Collaborates with the health team, sharing information about the client’s or family’s homemaking, physical, and emotional needs, and promptly informs the supervisor or manager of any changes or concerns.
