Tasked with the formation / start-up of a new Graphics department in 2001 for Donruss Trading Cards, I hired and trained individuals to do various photo toning duties on supplied photography, printing responsibilities, and illustration assignments within the department. I was a part of our rapid growth, with our gross sales going from 8 Million to 45 million. I managed a team of 17 people for the 80,000 plus photos and graphics used on trading cards, Posters, Superbowl events, National card shows and NBA all-star Games. I developed the workflow and procedures they use within the department. I was one of the lead artists to help produce high end photo graphics for athletes and the Marketing Team. I developed a digital painting program to replicate painted artwork for various programs such as Diamond Kings, Court Kings, and Gridiron Kings. I also developed a High definition program to enhance our supplied photography, which is still actively used on most supplied photography today. I was also tasked with setting the color values for press and internal printers do to my 25 years of color knowledge.
