•Acted as a point of contact for all Safety related issues between Grob/CCC/GM personnel. Responsible for communication through daily safety shift startup meetings and daily GM project management meetings. Duties included all Grob personnel pre-task planning: utilizing risk assessments/SFMEA’s, job safety analysis of new tasks and completing daily worker engagement forms at the beginning of each shift. Responsibility’s also included managing and auditing all PPE onsite, including fall protection for all Grob personnel including contractors. Created and maintained a safety board onsite that listed all CCC/GM required site safety information. Corporate OHS Specialist- Flo EV Charging, Auburn Hills, MI- June 2023- November 2023- Direct Hire
•Managed all EHS responsibilities for a start up operation assembling EV Chargers in the USA for FLO. Responsibilities included creating and maintaining all EHS programs/training/legal requirements for their Auburn Hills, MI Facility. Other duties included overseeing all EHS functions for warehouse locations in Santa Anna, CA and Brooklyn, NY for electric charger unit service & repair teams.
HSE Site Representative at Factory Zero GM Hamtramck- ATS Automation- March 2023 – June 2023- Contract
•Daily Safety management for ATS’s three shift crews on-site at Factory Zero.
