Manage recruitment, hiring process, orientation/onboarding, and initial training of all new employees. Manage and distribute employee benefit package information, employee relations, PTO adjustments and approval, and payroll submissions to corporate. Ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations, disciplinary actions, and overseeing weekly training and compliance meetings.
