I love to work with people! My favorite is for a guest to leave and say wow I’ll be back that was amazing! I’ve been serving for roughly 16 years and still love it. I was also an expo for a while. Which was different but just as awesome! Seasonally for the past over 10 years I also have been doing personal/business taxes for friends and family! I really like doing that too! I also enjoyed bar-tending. It was a new experience for me and I loved it. I’m a people person so I live to make people happy. Remote desktop tier 2 IT and member support representative and software navigation specialist Inbound/outbound calls email/text live chat support.IT, member support, tax software navigation are just some of the issues that were presented daily. February 2022 - November 2024 Seasonal position (returned for 3 seasons). Remote position answered inbound support, IT, and software navigation questions about tax software. Outbound calls/ multiple screens, CSS, Okta verification, Five9, Peoplesoft, Allegis are must a few of the programs we used. Completed purchases processed refunds, applied discounts. Answered live chat and email inquiries. Screen shared and remotely guided tax payers to solve their issues.

Extreme Clean Team LLC December 2020 – Present Housekeeping/Personal Shopper. I am the owner and operator of this business. I love being my own boss. This adventure has been very enlightening and educational! Unfortunately the income is just not steady enough to be my only source of pay. I am ready to get back into the workforce but I am pursuing a remote position so I can have some flexibility with my schedule.

I loved this position I learned so much! Unfortunately the owner moved the business to Texas I was invited to relocate but that was not possible at the time. Being responsible for the day to day operations made me feel so great and I was very comfortable and confident in the position.

Some of the products were the New York Times and magazine subscriptions. The company represented multiple companies so we were constantly learning new products and techniques to give the best customer service possible. Processed refunds and purchases.

Tax experience

Every year I complete and file around 35-40 personal/business taxes for friends, friends of friends and family and that number grows every year as does the types. So I constantly stay informed as best as I can about new tax law and deductions! I actually truly enjoy the challenge some of them give me and learning new techniques and deductions to get everyone their maximum refund!

All in all whether it's serving a guest at a restaurant or training a staff as management, or even helping a customer complete their taxes it's all about customer service and going above and beyond to make every customer feel like they matter and are so satisfied that they will return the next time they need our services.

I can 100% say I would be an asset to any company that would bring me aboard! I hope that company is yours!
