●Instructed action officers in the use of FDIIS and POM building procedures. Served as main troubleshooter for issues with Force Development concerning POM building.

●Authored the Force Development Bill-Billpayer Tool, in conjunction with Force Development Investment Information System (FDIIS), which is used by the 2 Star Review in the final steps of POM build to find funding for desired Program Bills and identify Programs to serve as Billpayers.
