Responsible for supporting and establishing a quality store image and the operating philosophy of the store to maintain a competent, well-trained staff which will achieve company financial and business objectives.
Ensuring that an environment of respect and communication prevails between store line management and other management groups of Halls, and that this information is disseminated to sales and other store associates. Responsible for directing the merchandise presentation to assure that it meets established store standards.
Assure that an atmosphere of excellence in customer service is created that is superior to that of the competition, and that store-wide meetings provide informative data on store-wide sales, credit promotions and procedures, contests, security policies, etc., and all other pertinent matters relating to store personnel.
