As part of mityana district local government, I played full part in day to day activities which involved attending meetings, attending to customers which boosted my team working skill.
Computer skills:
I am familiar with databases and consider myself competent user of the internet. At Mityana district local government my spreadsheet skills greatly improved as I used excel in preparation of financial statements
Communication skills:
Dealing tactfully with clients at Mityana district local government, advising them and particularly listening to queries and responding appropriately. Using my problem solving skills to ensure a high level of customer care was maintained. As a course Leader at university I ensured that all students in my class were aware of new direction and policies
Negotiation skills:
During my time as a course leader at the university, I had to put forward students’ ideas and complaints in a way that enabled the administration to make changes.
Leadership:
As A Course Leader at university, I led classes of up to 300 students and instructed them in their studies. As a Course Leader for DHRM class I ensured that all team members were aware of new direction and policies as well used my leadership skills and position of authority if a serious problem arose in the classroom to offer solutions with high integrity.
