5/00 to 3/24: Senior Cadd Technician - hired as an Autocad tech. in May 2000, to work at Rutgers University on the Runet2000 project as a member of the engineering staff, to create and modify all osp/isp drawings. This projects includes the retro-fit of more than 280 university buildings to join a high-speed data, video and voice network that facilitates communication, research and education for students, faculty and the public.
Creation of drawings for floor plans, risers, telecommunication closets and equipment rooms including layout of equipment racks and cabinets from engineers specifications.
After the completion of the Verizon project I was assigned to the DMJM Harris office in Iselin, NJ where I worked on various projects in different disciplines including mechanical, civil, structural and electrical drafting and design.
