October 2021 - september 2024: Congregation Developer Agent, General Board of Global Ministries of the United Methodist Church in Costa Rica: Coordinator of the “Sembrar” Project, visits, preach as a designated special preacher, pastoral functions, work with youth, women and children, Bible studies cell formation / discipleship, training Sunday school teachers. Sembrar offered the local community training classes in cooking, crafts, crochet, early stimulation for children aged 2-5 years, retreats, recreational events, moral, spiritual and social support.
