SAP SD/OTC Functional Consultant (Independent Contractor)
Team member of the Online Customer Digital Experience Team, responsible for all SD inbound/outbound interfaces from the Customer web portal to SAP for existing and new residential Customers, as well aligning these processes with the internal CSR/Agents processes in the Customer Call Centers across the country.
Worked closely with dedicated Business Analysts to continuously improve existing interfaces with enhancements to sales order creation, order simulation (promo codes), Customer validation processes and other online improvements such as retrieving Contract data and account summary information.
Introduced and implemented standard SAP Promotions and Sales Deal functionality to allow Customers to enter Promo Codes from the web portal that are captured in SAP to determine promotional pricing.
Center of Expertise (CoE) member of the Pricing Initiative team implementing multiple pricing projects responsible for re-engineering legacy pricing methods into Customer-specific targeted pricing using standard SD configuration and working closely with the SAP Development/ABAP team to implement ABAP enhancements in SD user-exits, requirement routines and creating new pricing formulas in t-code VOFM whenever necessary. oSample Pricing Projects:
Implemented customer-specific pricing for existing residential and commercial accounts where pricing margins are generated in SAP BI and uploaded into SAP ECC, which includes a series of dataload programs to auto-create pricing conditions records that would perform the price build using standard SAP pricing configuration.
Implemented pricing by zip-code/address attributes for new prospect customers where margins are generated by SAP BI and uploaded into SAP ECC, auto-creating new pricing condition records with Fiori front-end screens for Agents to easily navigate and enter pertinent data providing an efficient Customer experience. New interfaces were created and integrated with this new customer process to capture pertinent data required in CRM Opportunities/Cases in CRM Microsoft Dynamics 360.
Designed and implemented SAP Fiori front-end Workbench applications for Agents to validate margins and pricing for a new automated contract renewal process for existing commercial and national account customers. Dataload programs were also used to load pricing data from SAP BI to SAP ECC. This process eliminated the manual and time-consuming process for Agents to renew customer contracts. As part of this project, integration with DocuSign was required to capture the Customer’s e-signature with integration back to SAP that would automatically trigger contract creation.
Team member of the SAP/CRM integration project implementing interfaces to seamlessly integrate with CRM MS Dynamics, such as SAP Customer Master updates (address data, plant, pricing attributes, etc), SAP secondary contacts, sales order data, order status, disputes and billing status, etc.
Used HP ALM to capture project progress, SD configuration transports and test result documentation as well as Azure DevOps for project management, project status and bug-fix tracking.

SAP Solution Delivery “Distribution” Team member responsible for LMP Change Requests (CR’s) and enhancements within areas of Orders to Cash (Sales Orders, Deliveries, Warehouse, Shipments, Billing, Returns, STO’s).
Implemented CR’s that were related to working Sales orders, Disposal orders, Stock Transport orders, Logistical Reassignment, inbound Smartchain processes (SAP EWM) with AMMO and Serialized materials as well as processes with non-AMMO materials.
Implemented modifications for outbound IDocs that were generated after PGI by adding three new fields into an IDoc segment. Worked closely with the SAP PI Team to successfully map and test this new mapping with specific focus on serialized and batch managed materials.
Executed DIST Test Scripts during LMP’s FRT (Final Regression Testing) which usually takes place every 6 months. Led the DIST Team with the most Test Scripts completed for the past three FRT’s.
Followed and adhered to all CR Lifecycle procedures and documentation requirements for all assigned CR’s, including the creation of Change Requirement documents, Change Design documents, Test Scripts, Release Notes, Validation Plan, Functional Specifications, as well as on-going presentations to ARB (Architect Review Board) for approval each stage of the Lifecycle.

Responsible for SD configuration for a new Stock Transport process where Sales Orders are utilized to maximize the GATP functionality. Created all necessary documentation and Test Scripts required to implement the new process.
Conducted Workshops with Government Users to gather requirements during project implementation as well as presenting Change Design documents to the Government Review Board for approval and final implementation.

Team member of the North American SAP SOM Team (Sales Order Management) to assist with the integration project of Stanley Tools and Black & Decker. Due to the merging of these two corporations, the integration project involves the merging of the two SAP systems onto one platform.
Responsible for configuration for new Stanley Tool plants and shipping points, as well as Route determination. Performed configuration within many areas of SD and LE such as new item categories, text determination, output types and document types.
Performed support activities that included trouble-shooting IDOCs that have failed during sales order entry from 3rd party systems. Investigated failed IDOCs using EDI transactions such as WE19 and BD87 and debugging skills to determine root causes.
Provided functional and technical ABAP requirements to resolve outstanding issues within the OTC area. Worked closely with ABAP Resources locally and in other countries to develop requirements that provide the Client with resolutions to outstanding issues.
Responsible for the integration of OTC interfaces to WMS and Demand Plus systems so that these third-party packages work seamlessly to and from SAP. Interfaces include delivery documents passing to WMS/DM+ and Shipment Confirmations back into SAP that would automatically PGI deliveries. Also, responsible for Stock Transport Order interfaces, such as expected receipts and receipt confirmation interfaces.
Responsible for the support of Black and Decker’s “parts” division that had outsourced its distribution processes in the past, but now converting back into SAP. During this project, I performed the necessary SD/LE configuration for the plant to operate within SAP. Created and provide the Business with UAT Test Scripts and supported the Business Users during the User Acceptance Testing process.
Responsible for Production Support issues for the SOM Team for all North American divisions during the implementation of the integration project.
