Instrumental as a direct report to the Owners and senior management. Involved in the startup and growth to a regional company with an annual revenue of $60 million dollars. Transitioned from Operations Secretary to Executive Secretary to HR Director with an increased responsibility in management during a 12 year tenure. Responsible for all aspects of HR Management, including corporate and employee Insurance, Workman’s Comp, Health, Life, Short- and Long-Term Disability, and Vehicles, General Liability, Umbrella Coverage. Responsible for claims investigation and compliance. Developed and implemented office and field polices. Developed and implemented corporate training, new hire program, and safety training program (in a training adverse culture). Developed marketing materials including corporate articles and outside media sources. Provided managerial oversight for other administrative staff. Drafted government and corporate proposals. Drafted and Kept UTD – Corporate Bio – for Marketing (friends founded the company, it wasn’t always friendly) Liaison with Corporate Attorney for acquisitions, and other legal compliance issues, as needed. Responsible for arrangement for corporate moves (has anyone heard of a move that went well?), and several Corporate Events; including, Golf Outings, Golf Retreats, and Theme Parks Events. I left 6 months before the company closed. The year before, we boasted of an employee base of 750 plus employees, seven states.

Instead look at me as someone who has already made a lot of the mistakes that your business hasn’t and maybe I can keep you from making one. I need a job that engages my mind, where I am around people and have something to contribute to a team.
