● Upload sales reports from Concessions and Java Express so they can be tracked in the booking’s year to year
● Responsible for receipt of all incoming calls, greeting and assisting clients.
● Run daily, weekly and monthly reports for sales department and other reports on an as needed basis
● Check for messages on common extensions twice a day and distribute leads as appropriate.
● Order monthly office supplies as needed.
● Monitor and audit files, and data in VI, Salesforce, and other systems for accuracy
● Process group orders for vouchers, arcade cards and gift cards
● Process group donation requests.

● Print daily reports such as overtime, hour work summary and rood cost budgets.
● Knowledge of P&L statements. Handle all purchases orders within the food and beverage department from chinaware to as large as steamers or industrial.
● Create SDS books as well as HAAC books as well as bookkeeping.
● ADP efficient (sign off on payroll. update time punches. monitor overtime hour per each employee, fix unpaired punches
● Place requisitions from internal warehouse and external (Ambrogi Produce, and Rockland Bakery).
● Create weekly business Forecasting as well as update Actuals by updating Capture Rates
