Responsibilities
I prepare breakfast for an estimate of 80 people. I prepare the food to the accurate temperatures before serving. On down time in between breakfast orders i prepare lunch for approximately 80 people. I make sure everything is properly prepared to accurate temperatures. I wash my breakfast dishes before i serve lunch. After lunch i clean and sanitize counter tops and other equipment being used at the time of preparation. I wash the lunch pots and pans. Before sweeping and mopping. I also prep foods for the next day.
Accomplishments
I become employee of the year in 2012 for my enthusiastic work and uplifting spirit. I like to stay busy and get the job done.
Skills Used
The ability to get my job done in a timely manner. The ability to stay positive and not fold under pressure. The ability to cook a large quantity of food to correct temperatures and make sure it is safe from contamination.

Responsibilities
I came in am prepared meals for approximately 85 people. Made sure the food was cooked and held at appropriate temperatures. I served the food at dinner times. I cleaned and wiped down counters and equipment. I washed the pots and pans, sweep and mopped before going home. I took orders from residents and made sure their food was hot and served in a timely manner. I made sure their needs were taken care of and they were satisfied with their meals. I bussed tables and reset them as well as washing all the plates, cups, and silverware. I put away groceries on the freezer, cooler, and dry storage areas. I made sure they were labeled and rotated.
Accomplishments
I am an opened minded person. I took a few minutes put of my day to stop and listen to the residents needs and tryed my best to fulfill them. On my breaks i would often take some for walks or just outside to get fresh air.
Skills Used
I had a few times where i was able to demonstrate my helping hands in talking to a person who was deaf. I know sign language which helped out a lot.
