Responsible for creating & modifying training presentations & booklets for all retirement seminars, coordinating trainers calendars as they are assigned to seminars, answering incoming calls into the institute and either directing them to appropriate people or responding to questions myself. Respond to questions via email that come into the institute. Duties also include transferring info on evaluations collected from trainings into SalesForce, identifying and reserving meeting space for events and coordinate travel arrangements for trainers, preparing and gathering training materials to go to training events, including PowerPoint presentations, booklets, handouts, worksheets, etc. Also coordinate the registration process, entering into our database as they register.
