Continuous Skills Development Lead/Freight Handler / Walmart Distribution Center #6047 - Bedford, PA Developed and managed multiple web-based applications for customers using a variety of technologies. Trained new employees on how to use the electronics and machinery together to order full safely and correctly. Designed, implemented and maintained software development processes to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products from the warehouse to the stores, we handle all the shipping before it gets loaded onto the trucks.

Collaborated with other departments to identify customer requirements and develop solutions accordingly. Food, electronics, etc. we're picked, wrapped and loaded correctly without damage. I was a trainer and continuous skills development lead, but also still would order full on the weekends for overtime. Very used to working in a fast paced environment and enjoy learning and teaching.
