As a Transportation Manager, responsible for the daily arrangement of product delivery by coordinating with customer service, scheduling, and production to insure on time delivery. Build strong relationships with customers to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and handle any conflict resolution with superior customer service. Manage drivers to insure safety and equipment compliance. Lead weekly safety meetings with crews, participate in daily production meetings, as well as weekly safety and operational conference calls.

oMake decisions as needed for continual operation of the department with problem solving.
oPromoted to Traffic Manager the last 2 years before job was outsourced to Gardner Trucking where I transitioned to with a much larger role and responsibility.
