Hello, the reason for this cover letter is to introduce myself and to inform you that I am interested in filling the job for any position that I am qualified for, within your organization as direct hire. I am currently employed, but looking for better career opportunities and better benefits. I found your advertisement for work, on an employment website or was recruited through email. I am a US Military Veteran with a DD-214 and honorable discharge. I also have my college Bachelor’s degree, in Information Technology, with emphasis on Cyber Security and Digital Forensics. I was awarded my degree on November 19th, 2019.

About me; I am a US Military Veteran, disabled combat veteran, former Special Operations asset. I offer 10 plus years of Information technology and mechanical experience. I also graduated college with a Bachelor of Science Degree with major in Information Technology with a minor in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics. I am also two semesters in with my Masters Degree, currently not attending college.

I am seeking long term career employment in within your organization, in any field, you feel I am suited for. My goal is once hired, I will obtain all required IT certifications, so that I may become a even more valued asset to your organization, and provide the best customer service. As a Veteran, I believe in working hard for the success of the mission, and helping others is a high priority to me. Please consider me for any current positions, or any future positions, that you feel I may qualify for. I am retired, retirement is boring. I am willing to start at the bottom and work my way up as necessary. I am available for work, with that being said I will be leaving for the Philippines around January 15th 2025 to March 3rd to assist with family hardship with some medical family issues.
