10/07/2019 -Present: Delivery Driver for a DSP: pick up van, load totes at a station and scan to verify all totes and oversized packages; deliver to every customer and take photo of every delivery of packages.

5/2018 – 11/03/2018: Private tutor for high school senior and college freshmen, Parker, Colorado.

08/02/2013 - 05/2014: Springboard After School Program- Site Coordinator: Schedule, plan and implement a regular site preparation for teachers and maintain correct teacher per pupil ratio; commence homework assignment; Math, Science, English, History and over all K-8th grade curriculum in a Charter School. Furthermore, continue superior customer service amongst the school teachers, principal and the parents.

08/2012 - 07/30/2013: CLE (College Living Experiences): Kept record of 35 college students with disabilities (Asperger’s syndrome) to make sure they attend and follow daily academic schedule by reminding, listening, consulting and promoting self-esteem; met with instructors to discuss students’ performance and recorded in an academic software (Best Notes). Additionally, attended weekly meetings with the Director, Academic Liaison and Staff Psychologist, summer job director and Tutor Coordinator to discuss each student's attendances and to strategies a specific plan for each student’s abilities and disabilities.

Furthermore, for the summer session of 2013, I also worked as a job coach to instill, educate, and promote self-sustenance and self-reliance by utilizing public transportation and following company’s working protocol and etiquette in the workplace.

06/2006 – 12/2011: Owner/Operator for a not-for-profit organization to support disabled and battered women: responsibilities included but limited to the following duties: hiring, training, discharging, customer services, marketing, bookkeeping, data entry, maintaining store front and cleaning and daily display of different items and all other ownership responsibilities.

07/2005 - 01/2007: Developmental Disabilities Council Board Member-Colorado State. Appointed by the governor of the State of Colorado to work on behalf of the disabled population in implementing an equitable and effective policies for the most neglected population in the state inside by visiting facilities and listening to the actual managers and directors of such facilities on their strategies/methods and the requirements of additionally needed manpower and the units (money).

07/2005 -01/2007: Stakeholder STEPP (State Tobacco Education Participation & Prevention) Program: Represented the disabled population; working with other stakeholders throughout the state to implement an efficient and effective smoking cessation policy that was submitted to the CDC and Prevention.

04/2000 -04/2003: Field Inspector Colorado State Government -Department of Agriculture: Weights and Measures, Truth In labeling, Liquid Volume, and Price Verification. Furthermore, Investigated assisted and advised proprietors and managers to understand the proper techniques and methods in meeting and satisfying the GMP statutes requirements. In addition, administrative support to office personnel, educating proprietors on GMP, pertinent statute adherence and writing citations to those gross/repeat offenders.

Additionally, attend semi-annual Developmental Disabilities Council/Developmental Pathways dance celebration with a disabled brother.

06/1999 - 04/2000: Penalty Assessment Unit Clerk Colorado State Government - Dept. of Revenue: Provided support to then 63 counties of Colorado Courts on individual driver’s license records and answered and educated individual callers questioning where and how to retrieve their driver’s licenses.

06/2012 - Present: Horse Creek Metropolitan District Board of Directors: Following the Robert’s Rule of Parliamentary Procedures, meet twice annually or as required to discuss, identify and to decide on behalf of the Horse Creek Subdivision its finances: debt, credit and/or refinancing agreement.

2/2000 - 12/2006: Aurora Symphony Orchestra Board member: Voted to hire a conductor, identify and select adequate performances at the city’s orchestra center and town meeting centers.

08/1999 to 12/2011: Thomas Foundation Community Endowment Fund: President /Treasurer- Activities and responsibilities included presiding over the monthly scheduled meetings, reception of other not-for-profit community enhancement and civic organization’s request for funding submissions-the board members and I would discuss each civic organization’s goals and activities to see if it matched our mission of “enhance and improve community civility”, in order to allocate and award requested funds. In addition, among many of our community functions included a “provider fair at the 18th Judicial District Court to introduce and educate the Judges and prosecutors to the available providers for the young offenders instead of detention and DOC housing. Furthermore, programed and successfully operated an international fair at the City of Aurora Business District to bring educators, vendors and participants together to spread and promote international and domestic business meet and greet weekend fair.
