I enjoy interacting with new potential customers and also existing customers as well while on Horticulture upselling campaigns on the phone. I also have no problem communicating with customers that have had a poor experience with the company or are otherwise upset with our service. I have learned from calling canceled or unhappy customers that I can always talk a displeased customer through their issues and resolve them in a timely manner that allows our company to retain their business.
