Pennsylvania Senate Urban Affairs & Housing Committee 01/2015 - 06/2017 As the Executive Director of the PA Senate UA & H Committee, I played a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the legislative agenda of the Committee, working closely with Chairman Senator Scott Wagner. Additionally, I oversaw the Committee’s relationship with the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA).
Author of Pennsylvania Act No. 58 of 2015 also known as the “Housing Trust Fund Act.” This legislation was a significant achievement for the Committee, establishing the Pennsylvania Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement Fund (PHARE), which provided critical funding for affordable housing initiatives across the state.
