Preparation of Scope of works and Tender Documents

FEED and Detailed Engineering (Piping and pipeline Line Sizing, Minimum Wall thickness calculations, Determination of remaining wall thickness of corroded pipe as per B31.G, Relief valve sizing as per API RP520, Tank Calculations as per API 620 and API 650, Gas Calculations, Saddle support calculations, 2 phase and three phase separator designs,

Preparation of Method statements and Lifting plans

Review, issues comments/ approvals for the contractors & vendor documents

Assist the project Manager for timely execution of the project with in the agreed time schedule and budget.

Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) of suppliers’/ vendors submittals.

Review and approval of Design documents and proposals

Liaise with Client and arrange SIMOPS/ HAZID/ HAZOP/ Design Basis meetings.

Execution of projects in conjunction with relevant Contract documents, Client specifications, international codes & job related Method statements.

Sub-contracting Management:

Requesting for quotations, evaluation and registration of Subcontractors

Arranging meeting with sub-contractors, Preparation of minutes of meeting.

Negotiations, Preparation of Bid Tabulations, selection of sub-contractors, recommendation of subcontractors to senior management, conducting Pre-Contract Award Meeting, and placing sub contract orders.

Scope of work includes Demolition of 2 Nos. of old water storage steel tanks, Relocation of Fire water skid, construction of 2 Nos. of water storage Tanks (40m Dia. x 14m Height & 30m Dia. X 20m Height), Relocation of metering skid & related piping/ valve pit/ structures etc.

•EPIC for Integrated Oily water/ Sludge handling system, new drain system, Fire protection for Crude Oil Manifold & Pipeline Replacement in Halul Island.

(Client: Qatar Petroleum, Qatar. Consultant: Worley Parsons)

Main equipment’s are Surge Tanks, Open and closed drain tanks, produce water package, scale inhibitor injection package, Biocide injection Package, oil water analyzer, oxygen scavenger package, HDPE subsea pipeline etc. Familiar with HDFC fusion welding, Beach pull assistance, Barge/ Tugboat inspection, coordinating with underwater survey/ diving crew, offshore installations, concrete mattress fabrication and installations etc.

•Tie in to the Common Sulphur Project:

This includes Construction of 1 No. 13.6 Mtr. dia x 14 Mtr Ht. Dome roof insulated Liquid Sulphur storage tank (Constructed with Jack up system & as per API 650) with all accessories such as Emergency vent, Roof and shell man way, steam inlet and out let connections, Application of heat trace cement, spiral walk way, plat form for Temp. Transmitter etc., 4 Nos. Sulphur transfer pumps, 1 Number metering skid, Jacketed &Skin effect electrical heat tracing (SEEHT) Piping, control valves etc.
