• Ideas were provided to simplify the process and define fewer teams for a successful start-up and against a 6- month delay Schedule in the two initial phases of the Project.

• The designs, specifications, standards and technical procedures and documents for the purchase and installation of 57 Measurement Systems in 16 Locations of 3 fields of the GMA (Lisama, Llanito and Province) were updated with a Detail Engineering where led a team of 10 Process Engineers; The works included visits to collect information in the field, interdisciplinary design review workshops Peer review and Design Review. • Commission and start all the units in a record time of two (2) months by using new strategies in the execution, planning and preparation of Start-up Procedures,

FACILITIES, PROCESS & PROJECTS ENGINEER; June 2014 – October 2015 Contract: Staff hired; Customer Oxy-Occidental Colombia SA. (Company for which the work was carried out)

• LCI Field: Improvements and adjustments to all Processes: Restrictions, bottlenecks and failures in plants and stations were resolved. The crude treatment was increased from 16 to 32 KOPD (two direct fire heaters were installed (Fired Heaters of 25,000 BOPD each one). The gas system became independent and its use was changed from sales to electricity generation; where it interacted with customers and suppliers to define the scope and specifications of the projects, and prepare documents for purchases.

• Review of the ITB (Invitation to Bid) documents submitted in the proposals stage, provide process input to other disciplines, review techno-commercial vendor offers.

• Teca Field: Process Engineer: ID-Design and specifications were completed, the facilities of the main process and auxiliary services of the Extra-Heavy Crude Secondary Recovery Pilot with Continuous Steam Injection Technology were built and put into operation ( flood).
