Senior Business Analyst within the HSBC Global Financial Crime Compliance team. Working primarily on the deployment of the new Global Transaction Monitoring Platform (Oracle FCCM - Mantas) for the Pilot Country. This project delivered in Q4 2015 and the second phase of this project is due for delivery at the end of Q2 2016.

oThe Red Flag analysis was performed for the Pilot Country to enable a coverage assessment

Working primarily on the deployment and upgrade of the current HSBC Anti Money Laundering system used within Europe. Work to ensure that there was no data truncation or dilution of data and allow HSBC to consolidate and optimise the transaction monitoring process to ensure compliance regulations within Europe. Securitas was a project to ensure that there is no data truncation or dilution of data within JPM systems. The Securitas project objective was to allow JPMorgan to consolidate and optimise the sanctions screening process to ensure compliance with OFAC regulations.Production Readiness – Map out the current operating procedures and highlight where this may change with Securitas. Work with effected teams to ensure the Standard Operating Procedures are updated and reflect the changes that are being made. Managed the Defect management process. This involved working with the Customer Service Unit team to ensure effective work around were in place and fully documented.

October 2010 – October 2012 - JPMorgan Treasury Services

Senior Business Analyst within the Treasury Services Product Team specifically focused on the iDDA project. The Project was to implement a centralised operating platform supporting expansion of the bank's global treasury management and liquidity services businesses (TEMENOS T24). This project spanned 7 releases which was centred on migrating legacy branches onto the TEMENOS T24 platform. My involvement stretched to 4 global releases and the Saudi Arabia branch expansion during my 24 months on this project.
