Graduated University degree in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor Degree) from Darma Agung University – Medan, Indonesia on October 1989 & 31 years valuable experiences working on Oil & Gas Company in Indonesia both onshore and offshore.

The experiences and jobs description are consisting of all phase for the developing new project from Idea / conceptual, Projects Feasibility Study, FEED (Front End Engineering Design), procurement, construction/installation, commissioning, start-up, operation and maintenance / modification, plant turnaround of oil and gas plant, turbine gas power plant, utilities plant such as waste/water treatment plants, solid waste processing plant, cooling towers, boilers, heat exchanger, air compressors/dryers, chillers, etc.

Experience and familiar to develop, implement, and improve QHSE management systems, processes, and procedures to support business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, API Q1 & ISO/TS29001. Positive involvement in industrial and personnel safety and accident prevention, manage HAZID, HAZOP and safety audits. Setting up organization, philosophy, method & strategies, business process, procedures and description of organization and detail for each section / team and linking coordination and goals with other departments and corporate / government mission.

Propose and control budget (single and multi-years) for organization and capital project development & expansion, routine / emergency maintenance & repair, refurbishment, turn around and modification. Review technology, engineering specification and equipment and make choice for technology and equipment selected for new project development, improvement & expansion and / or plant modification. Selecting and coordinating both contractors and capital projects, ensuring that the projects are done as specified in the scope, within budget and within the specified period. Experience in handling capital project cost and budget up to USD 750 Million (Betara Complex Development Project) with a tight and precise schedule without accidents and wasted time. In addition, selected and give technical advice and assistance to sub ordinate and the contractor. Familiar and experience with technology improvement for plant process, equipment and materials testing and selection for oil treating plant, gas processing plant (LPG plant), power plant (diesel/gas engine, gas turbine), gas compressor plant, water treatment plant, waste and sewage treatment plant, steam plant and casing vapor collection plant, thermal oxidizer, boilers, air coolers at oil and gas plant.
