- Maintain control of documents such as invoices, purchase orders, packing lists, MIVs, job cards, delivery notes, and LPOs.
- Establish operational procedures for incoming material verification and material issuing.
- Inspect the physical condition of the warehouse and equipment, and request repairs or replacements.
- Coordinate with department heads to align warehouse activities with production, maintenance, and purchasing.
