Monitor and check the materials being used on site are on HDB approved list.

Record all the structure test conducted on site such as Windsor Probe Test, Core Test and other tests.

Ensure that Work Safety Procedure are strictly implemented on strictly.

Conduct Architectural inspection with Sub-Contractor prior to Consultant Inspection.
