Temporary positions at each military base for one year. Initially hired for a 1 year position as Director Of Library Services as a DOD employee at Fort Dix Army Base. This was a non classified collection primarily serving as a community library. My central task at Fort Dix was to automate our collection which required in-house training from Sirsi Corporation. We converted our collection to an online database by scanning and loading 20,000 records. Managing a staff of 4 non professional employees and additional staff during the weeding and conversion process. Created an internet room containing 10 computers set aside for recreational use. McGuire Air Force Base was already automated using a version of Innopac. It was staffed with 3 non professional people (military spouses). State Of New Jersey, Administrative Office Of Courts 1994-1996, Trenton, New Jersey Librarian Organized a small collection of primary source materials for the AOC Library located in the Hughes Justice Complex, Trenton. The AOC Collection contained statutes, administrative codes, court rules, government manuals. Valparaiso University Law School Library, Valparaiso, Indiana 1992-1994 Educational Services Librarian Assisting in reference duties in the law library for the students, faculty, bar, and public. Participated in making presentations for law school classes in their research projects. Worked closely with faculty on an ad hoc basis.
