Directly supported the DIA Chief Technology Office and senior stakeholders by guiding the identification, analysis, adoption, and retirement of technology solutions and standards within the DIA. Developed and recommended the technology standards and policy governing the lifecycle of Defense Information Systems (DIS). Advised CIO on technical capabilities and opportunities that can help support the DIA mission. Assisted the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) to execute emergency procurement of $110 million of critical software licenses and hardware needed to rapidly standup teleworking and remote working capabilities for over 15,000 personnel. Shaped the adoption of artificial intelligence and quantum computing within DIA in order to outpace the near-peer competitors’ pursuits to exploit these technologies for their strategic advantage.
Branch Chief, Defense Intelligence Agency (Reston, VA)
Provided streamlined, cost-effective procurement and contract management oversight for DIA, CIO customers and senior stakeholders. Accountable for logistics support for Special Ops, Joint Task Force including provisions of sustainment (food, ammo, fuel) and training to troops and Syrian groups. Oversee a $416M budget for 235 soldiers and support staff (direct reports) across Jordan.
Oversee performance management of multiple, critical teams tasked with contracts, procurement, maintenance and equipment. Manage budget development and management for all projects and functions and streamline operations to ensure success.
Revamped change management processes which enabled quicker delivery of equipment in hard to reach areas. Bundled fuel, food and ammunition on air drops. Utilized C17’s and C130’s to drive efficiency and consistency of air drops.
Deputy Director, Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (St. Louis, MO)

Led the Operations Office tasked with ensuring readiness for deployment and contingency operations. Led testing on policies and procedures and managed administration and external contingencies that directly affected the Command mission. Developed and oversaw operations, battle command, Power projection deployment.
Ensured delivery of goods within different countries and time zones including passing through customs in each country. Maneuvered through all unique, country specific paperwork and barriers.
Completed a joint exercise with the Marines, Navy and other foreign counterparts to move equipment through various ports in multiple countries.
