QA Technical Design Manager

Re-designed and created updated Missy and Women’s tech packs using Illustrator and implementing WFX PLM system for Anthony Richard’s and Essentials catalog resulting increased productivity and reducing the amount of fits by 77%.

Hired and lead a team of 3 technical designers and in development to production for knits, wovens, sweaters, dresses, intimates, Missy/Missy Petites/Women’s size ranges.

Ensured execution of design and fit intent into bulk production while maintaining construction standard and meeting requirements and regulations.

Created highly detailed construction standard sketch library for global construction and standardization for denim jeans, knits/woven/sweaters for Men’s, Junior’s, Contemporary and Missy and Plus.

Led the Dylan George design department during a time of restructuring while maintaining a consistent level of excellence in quality, fit and aesthetic while meeting deadlines.
