I have over 27 years in a dental related field with focus in the areas of insurance benefits and claims, scheduling, finances, payroll and other dental office procedures a as well as proven organizational and customer service skills. I have completed management development and leadership training in retail and sales. I enjoy working individually as well working in a team environment with or without supervision.
Selected Accomplishments:
Responsible for managing day to day operations of large dental, orthodontic, endodontic and medical offices.
Manage office and employees with care as well as customer service and care
Manage multiple phones, schedules & confirm appointments productively for multiple providers. Resolve billing issues and collections on aged accounts.
Prepare and make bank deposits.
Present treatment plans and offer financing and payment plans.
Translate group dental/medical benefits information for key patients and entering into the patient charts resulting in payments.
Troubleshoot and investigate insurance claims for payment.
Office payroll and deductions from time cards.
Inventory and ordering office/dental/store supplies.
Shipping and receiving and damage control and loss prevention.
Call in prescriptions to pharmacies for doctors.
Work as a Shift Lead managing employees and as a Pharmacy Technician counting and filling prescriptions as well as serve customers with care.
Travel at manager's request to many other stores in my district to fill in when shorthanded.
