1. I have experience in operating a switchboard and transferring calls to the appropriate departments to make sure the best customer service is met. Collecting messages and delivering to appropriate departments in a timely manner. I prepare all PDI tickets for new car deliveries to make sure vehicles are processed through shop in a timely manner for inventory to be ready for sale. I prepare all used car tickets and communicate with multiple technicians on a daily basis to get used vehicle inventory through recon in a timely manner and out on lot for resale. I do all invoicing for all vendors on a daily basis and submit in to accounts payable for payment. I check in all transport trucks for all new inventory and make sure vehicles are ready for PDI inspection. I make all follow up csi calls to make sure exceptional service is met. I assist in writing up tickets on the service drive when needed. I have done customer pay tickets as well as I currently do all internal tickets for service. Warehouse Clerk
