The program is based on developing a person's personality and skill set when looking for a career and getting a job . You practice on how to question and manage employees, you set up scenarios, you solve management/employee issues and everyone works as a team to develop each other's skills. It was a really great program for me and it really made me confident and set me up with plenty of great opportunities, job training certifications and more . The program was a great experience for me .

For the future, I plan to transfer to a 4-year college to obtain my BA Degree in Psychology And Mechanical Engineering. After obtaining my degrees I plan to learn more about childcare development and join the US Navy .
