As the store manager, I am responsible for my team and the overall growth of my store. It is my job to support my Leaders in Training, Assistants, and my Financial Service Associates by verifying and approving transactions.

I must ensure that our team is maintaining Company and Federal guidelines that govern financial services and their institutions.

Work closely with District Manager and provide feedback on matters within the branch, and perform disciplinary action of branch associates when required. It is important that my team knows I am there to help by addressing conflict with active listening and constructive criticism. This enables all of us to provide one another with a healthy, positive and productive work environment. I strive to be a great leader for my team and I am continually encouraging the personal growth and development of each team member.

As the Assistant Store Manager, I was responsible for maintaining the employee work schedules on a weekly basis, ensuring the proper coverage of staff at all times of branch operation.

I would assist the Branch Leaders and other Financial Service Associates with developing financial goals to help keep the branch profitable and business growing. I would handle customer concerns by giving guidance and suggestions on how to troubleshoot and resolve problems to both customers and team members. I continued to develop my leadership skills at this time, and I was offered the position as Store Manager in November of 2019.

As the Store Manager, I was responsible for recruiting new clients and securing existing clients with their contracts and current obligations.
