DUTIES:
Represent the Facilities Department in inter-departmental meetings to support and maintain all Facilities activities, work direction, and support system. Handling and Maintain Purchases and contracts in order to obtain (Quotations, PRs, POs, and Invoices) independently maintain and update administrative policies and processes. Supervise and train facility employees and contractors as needed-To handle and actively resolve any staff’s issues according to the staff’s Complaint process. Set up, maintain, and organize department's central files, information, and filing. Assist in locating parts, supplies and materials- Prepare and maintain RFPs (request for Proposals), bid information, and other contract documents. Keep control of stock and spares requirements to allow continuity of service. Produce any monthly reports in accordance with company deadlines- To ensure resolve to the satisfaction of the company any issues relating to the performance of company’s approved suppliers Sub Contractors.

In Egypt: Alexandria Electricity Distribution Company from Sep. 1999 to Sep. 2007 I am a Civil Engineer was workin g i n Alexandria Electricity Distribution Company i n Pavement and maintenance roads department in Alexandria City from Sep. 1999 up to Sep 2007. DUTIES:
I was responsible for Maintenance & Planning & Development for my department and achieve the quality for maintenance to meet the standard for the roads. I am responsible for one complete district called Al Montazaha in Alexandria and supervise the contractors to make the roads as before digging in all electrical projects. I was arranging for the required reports to my manager and make a contact with the other ministries like Traffic & water& gas and with governor in the district. I was Providing Opportunities for Training and Development of New Employees under my Direction and Assess Their Progress, This Includes On-The-Job Training and Paper Work Delegation.
I was Preparing Various Reports on Normal, Breakdown and Critical Maintenance Work, carries out Other Related Duties, such as Compiling Time Sheets, work Requisitions, Accident Reports, all invoices, Monitor Disciplinary Actions and Special Technical Reports.
