Contributed to the piping design on a two-billion-dollar pharmaceutical project for the client Novo Nordisk.
Assigned to assist in the Purification Building of the project.
Working from the design P & ID’s to create piping routes from Mechanical Equipment and Process Skids to the main racks and tie-ins with the approval of the Project Manager.
Properly located and selected the correct piping supports as needed.
The piping designs were done with multiple models for each area of the building.
Checked all of my own pipelines with Navisworks 2016 Clash Detection Program.
Piping on this project was mostly Sanitary and Stainless Steel.
Extracted production Piping Isometric’s for piping fabrication.

Established the new routing of Process piping and completed a 3D model using 2014 AutoCAD Plant 3D.
The vendor drawings for the new equipment were in SolidWorks 2014.
They needed to be modified as necessary and were then inserted into the 3D model.
All tie-in isometrics were created using AutoCAD 2014. Also, produced all the final Orthographic drawings for the Issued for Construction package.
