● Review diagnostic programmer assessment intake files for each assigned offender case to prepare for initial meeting with offender.

● Schedule and meet with offender to identify and collect meaningful information to determine self-improved needs over the length of anticipated incarceration

● Maintain a multidisciplinary network of effective communication between internal and external stakeholders providing opportunities for offenders to receive feedback, crisis intervention, and grievance resolution.

● Research case files. Prepare plans for presentation to the Community and Parole Boards. Effectively communicate with inner/outer agencies as needed.
