● Review diagnostic programmer assessment intake files for each assigned offender case to prepare for initial meeting with offender.

● Schedule and meet with offender to identify and collect meaningful information to determine self-improved needs over the length of anticipated incarceration

● Conducting formal assessments to identify relevant factors related to potential criminal conduct and/or successful re-entry into society.

● Maintain a multidisciplinary network of effective communication between internal and external stakeholders providing opportunities for offenders to receive feedback, crisis intervention, and grievance resolution.
