●Completed solutioning and due diligence services for two global enterprise clients with 150+ sites and a combined total value of $250M + covering contract negotiation, delivery of scope of work (SOW), financial due diligence, hard services validation and CMMS/IWMS data validation, SOW adherence, and outcome of delivery.
●Generated $350M in new revenue over a span of two years using a unique approach to expedite due diligence activities for over 20 clients within the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and tech industries.

Directed all aspects of facility management operations and CAPEX projects, to include support for 1500-3000 daily employees. Service support included janitorial, fitness center, café, space planning, service center, data center, MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), critical services (boilers, chillers, UPS, transfer switches, pre-action devices for data center, Halon suppression systems).
Credited with the design-build as owner rep for new 280K-square-foot Class A building, and a second 245k square foot Class A building, both in Lehi, Utah for Adobe Inc
