Stellantis, Auburn Hills (May 2023 – Nov 2023) Quality Engineer: Managed progress of vehicle level activities, escalated issues and roadblocks promptly, drove issue resolution, lead cross-functional teams to achieve targets of profitability, timing, performance and quality. Coordinated and lead meetings regarding warranty and CTF issues. Worked closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier quality teams to resolve and mitigate CTF and warranty cases.

General Motors, Warren (7/16/2018-2023) Quality Engineer Analyst: I used a CTF (Captured Test Fleet) database to review issues and provide implementation of a robust solution within the Quality Department of automation.

•Used PRTS software to track existing issues in the field and create problem resolution.

•Navigated through the Global Warranty Management System to address the customers’ complaints and mitigate the number of warranty claims

•Reviewed the vehicle from a Quality standpoint following the 7-diamond process.

•Performed inspection daily to determine if each vehicle component was meeting specifications, functioning as intended, or if an Engineering Work Order needed to be written to change the design of the part.
