I registered victims of crime with the agency. I used available resources such as the agency’s internal databases, SC DMV, NCIC, internet search engines, and websites such as SPOKEO, Intelius, BeenVerified, Ekata, etc., to obtain valid contact information for the crime victim; located the crime victim and provided relevant notification. I added victims to parole/pardon hearing rosters for victims who called requesting to attend parole/pardon hearings in person or virtually. I tested WebEx equipment compatibility for victims and families to attend parole hearings virtually. Facilitated their appearance before the Board and provided them with as much information and referrals as necessary regarding the parole hearing process.
I collected, reviewed, and documented in PIC information from sentencing sheets from the county solicitor’s offices and PPP county victim's advocates.
I used OMSNext to create notification letters to victims listed on sentencing sheets from the county solicitor’s offices and PPP county victim advocates. I differentiated the letters mailed in OMSNext with DV or not DV cases for statistical purposes.

I collaborated with the Trust Accounting Department to ensure victim information was updated because of new contact information for the crime victim.
I drafted and mailed receipt letters to victims of crimes confirming their registration for notifications regarding inmates being housed by the SC Department of Corrections.
I collected, reviewed, and maintained monthly reports from the Victim Services Office’s Staff and the county offices. I keyed collected data from monthly reports from county victim advocates for statistical purposes.
