Was in charge of the Fordham Square Strip Mall located in Chapel Hill. This build out included Mailbox Etc., Dominos Pizza, Dry Cleaners, Coffee/Tea shop as well as office spaces totaling over 10,000 SF. Project Manager of new construction of a 4000 SF sow hog farm in Nakina, North Carolina. This was a 3-million-dollar project., which included a total of 6 buildings serving all the animals with automated systems for the welfare of the farm. I was responsible for all state and local requirements for the complete building operation of this investment. Project was completed on budget and in record time.

Coordinated the construction of custom homes in master plan developments, such as The Oaks and Franklin Hills. Started the development of Franklin Hills, responsible for the new construction of roads, water, sewer, utilities, and engineered drainage. Provided leadership in the development of all new custom homes for James Paul Goforth. Many of these projects were under time frame commitments with $250.00 daily payback to clients if contract commitments were not met. I completed three projects over 3000 SF under the 90-day requirements. All other homes were six-month projects and were completed within the time frame with the utmost quality and attention to detail. Was successful at managing construction of 27 homes simultaneously. Using the Critical Path Method enabled me to run the projects proficiently. Many of these projects included swimming pools, cabanas, tennis courts, etc. The subcontractors under my direction were a team built on quality and reputation.
