Bait Al Arab Group owns six leading Restaurants of Mandi and Turkish cuisine, across Pakistan. They are best known for their quality of food and exclusive service. Enhanced their capacity by training service staff and production service coordination through better interdepartmental communication. Today we have dozens of tables in waiting during lunch and dinner hours equally.

Ordnance Club Wah 2020 – 2022

Appointed on special assignment by Chairman POFs board to uplift the facility. Complete revamp of SOPs and improvement in services. Achieved the goal in 14 months. Added a Parlor an ATM facility, F&B promotion like Sun brunch food festivals and tours. Also hired professional production and service staff. Designed and developed a completely new newsletter. The property is in surplus even in COVID constraints.

POF Hotel is a four star rapidly growing property. It accommodates the high ranking foreign delegations who come to visit the town of Wah as official and state guests. Have been able to achieve the highest sales yield record, since the property commenced operations in 1989. Have also been successful in achieving commendations from Chairman POF Board for extending premier hospitality to foreign dignitaries, specially for doing research in foreign cuisines, music, and native cultural norms of hospitality.

Shangrila Resort Hotel Murree. (2004 – 2006)

The Murree property of Shangrila Resort Chain comprises of 49 exotic suites and deluxe rooms, with 12 independent cottages. Appointed in June 2004, I was assigned the task of complete refurbishing of the 15 Acres property including setting up of all departments with hiring of staff and recommencement of operations. Achieved beyond the target of 9 m within 3 months, through targeting the befitting getaway conferences of multinational clients of Islamabad.

Manager Chez Soi Clubhouse Islamabad (1993 – 2002)

Chez Soi is a residential clubhouse exclusively for the expatriates. The duties included smooth functioning of the property on international standards and norms of hospitality. During the course of the decade, had an extensive opportunity to Liaison between UN MISSIONS and facilitated many foreign aid agencies from custom clearance to dispatch of logistics, tickets, bookings, transportation, purchase and of course premier guest services at the clubhouse.

Conducted Nokia Spotlight campaign (BTL activity) in three major cities of Pakistan. The campaign required talent hunt in 18 universities of Pakistan with extensive logistic and timeline pattern. Was able to win Nokia as a regular client.

It was also required to liaison with the media partners (MTV, FM 99) and keep them updated with the latest on the campaign. Coordinated with more than 25 stakeholders during the campaign.
