Senior Operations Officer Sep 2015 ~ May 2018
I was promoted to Senior Operations Officer after 1 year of holding the position as Business Support Officer. During my time as Senior Operations Officer, I supervised a team of 8 bankers who were responsible for ALL processing & SWIFT operations transactions for ALL BOB branches. My supervisory duties of the bank’s processing department as it relates to all customers financial transactions includes:
