I worked as a waitress and also as a cook, when I served tables I'd greet amd seat customers! Take orders and fill drinks and deliver food. made sure the dining room was neat and clean at all times rolled silverware and made sure all sidework was done! When I was cooking I'd prep food, cook food, make sure food was out to the serving window in a timely manor. At the end of the day I broke down steam tables cleaned the grills and made sure food was preped and ready for the following day
