Management take over from Pegasus at a lease up in Myrtle Beach for Gateway. Managing a 321 unit apartment community in Grande Dunes. Took a failing Lease Up from their one year anniversary date May 1st from 62% to 82% and within two months the ow era no longer get had to write a check to cover expenses due to a positive cash flow.
