I believe that I could contribute to building a sustainable business model, and I have learned two important lessons from my experiences.
First, all meaningful results come from the customer. The most critical factor for the success of a project is adopting a customer-focused approach. While this mission statement is clear, it is not always easy to achieve. To uphold this commitment, I will make a concerted effort to consider the customer's footprint and take steps forward together with them.
Second, significant results often follow from collaboration. Effective communication is always a core component of success. We understand that each department may have a unique perspective, and that conflicts should be resolved in order to achieve our objectives. To do this, we need to provide executable solutions to stakeholders as a one team, and simplify action items to make them easily understandable. I believe that ”talent wins games, but only teamwork wins championships”.
